Record Updation

Information/ Documents required for record updation of a Company
  • Copy of the Audited/ tentative Balance Sheet for the year.
  • Copy of resolutions passed by the company during the financial year.
  • Copy of the agreements entered into by the company, if any.
  • Copy of the forms like 8 / 17 filed for creation/ modification / satisfaction of charges, if any.
  • Copy of the applications made by the Company/ copy of the license/ approvals etc. obtained by the Company, if any.
  • Details of appointment and resignation of directors, if any.
  • Details of appointment of a person to the office of profit, if any.
  • Details of salary/ commission/ other perquisites/ allowances paid by the company to its Directors/ relatives if any.
  • Bill wise details of the contracts entered / transactions made by the Company with the other parties in which directors are interested, if any.
  • Details of the share application money received/ unsecured loans received or repaid by the company, if any.
  • Details of the investments made / investments realized by the company, if any.
  • Details of the dividend paid by the Company, if any.
  • Details of shares issued during the year and share certificates dispatched with proof of dispatch.
  • Details of transfer of shares taken place during the financial year.
  • Details of changes in Statutory Auditors, if any.
  • In case of public company, if there is an appointment/ reappointment of managing director/ whole-time director/ manager in the financial year then submit declaration under Part I of Schedule XIII, signed by the said appointee.
  • Statutory Register of the Company.
  • Loose leaf Binder containing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors and General Meeting and statutory register of the Company.
  • Form 24AA alongwith relevant declarations duly filled up and signed by all the directors of the Company for the next financial year.
  • Copies of all forms filed at the Registrar of Companies with ROC receipts.
  • Copies of Applications made/ Approvals obtained during the year.
