MRM Associates (MRM) is a Corporate practice firm based in Pune. Three professionals established the firm in the year 2001. Milind Kasodekar is in this field for more than two decades. Rajendra Jahagirdar is in this field for more than two decades and Makarand Lele is in this field for almost two decades. In the year 2007, Shilpa Dixit was admitted as a partner, who has started her career as a trainee with "MRM". She is in this field for almost a decade.

Over the past decade, individually partners have established a reputation by providing knowledge-based cost effective services to its clients.

MRM undertakes legal and secretarial services to assist the clients in Business set up, Corporate Laws, Industrial Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. The firm also provides services related to Cost Accountancy, Indirect Taxation such as Excise, Customs Laws, STPI, Service Tax and Project Financing

MRM has developed a wide network and relationship around the country and has develop a capacity to provide above services at any place and at any time.
